My project fees depend on scope, research depth, sector complexity, and the level of SEO or AI search work involved.
As a guide, my day rate is £300, and my half-day rate is £200. I also offer monthly retainers, such as 3.5 days for £900.
For defined copywriting, SEO, AEO/GEO, translation or retainer projects, I’ll quote based on the brief.
It started in year 7 with a history teacher who’d spent fifteen years in China. As a teenager, manga pulled me towards Japan, but China’s economic rise kept appearing in everything I read, and my earlier curiosity returned. I wanted the history behind what I was seeing.
